PREfresco Beverage Lab is the go-to resource for development and production for anyone with an innovative (soft) drink concept. Food technologist Peter Roepers brings over 25 years of experience from major international companies like Cargill (flavors and fruit juice compounds) and Nutrinova (sweeteners and preservation technology). In addition to his consultancy work, he founded PREfresco Beverage Lab to share his knowledge and experience with innovators: “I believe in a new way of production, where alongside established brands, there is room for innovative players with a stronger focus on local products and suppliers.
